Guidelines and Cutting

At RentAPress.com we require full bleed printing to the edge of the products. In order to ensure proper print and cutting, you must abide by these guidelines.

Safe Zone: Any text or other elements you DO NOT want to be trimmed off must be placed well within the safe zone. If they are placed directly on or past the safe zone,  the text or elements will be cut off.

Trim Zone: While we make every attempt to cut on the trim, there will always be a shift when the item is being cut. Each cut can be from the full bleed edge up to the safe zone on each side.

Full Bleed: We require all backgrounds or images to continue to the edge of the product - they must continue past the trim zone to the full bleed margin. If they do not continue to the full bleed margin you most likely will end up with white strips along the edge of the product due to cutting tolerance shifting.
